Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the website and services provided by 2721236 Alberta Ltd. o/a Luke R. Anderson (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this website.

1. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 or older. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. It is your responsibility to accurately self-disclose your age. We do not independently verify user age, but any user found to be under 18 will have their access terminated.

2. Account Registration & Security

Certain features may require you to register an account. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Services & Purchases

We provide coaching, mentorship, and online business setup guidance to adults in Canada and the United States.

  • One-Time Purchases: No refunds are provided for one-time purchases (such as courses or digital content).
  • Subscriptions: Subscription cancellations require at least 30 days’ written notice by email to info@lukeranderson.com. There is no self-serve cancellation process.
  • Payments: All payments are processed through Stripe via LeadConnector or GoKollab and are subject to the terms and conditions of those third-party platforms.

4. User Contributions

If you provide any content or materials to us or our platform, including but not limited to feedback, emails, or content submitted through forms (“User Contributions”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content as necessary for our business. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove or refuse any User Contributions at our discretion.

You are solely responsible for your User Contributions and must ensure they do not violate any laws or third-party rights. We may cooperate with law enforcement or pursue legal action if necessary.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Harass, defraud, threaten, or harm others.
  • Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property or the intellectual property of others.
