These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites (including lukeranderson.com and kings.lukeranderson.com), applications, coaching services, SMS communications, and all related content and offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide Services to anyone under the age of 18.
2. Our Services
Kings Kollective is a men’s coaching and brotherhood program. Our Services may include but are not limited to:
- Coaching programs and memberships
- Application review and intake conversations
- Group coaching calls, workshops, and community access
- Written and video content
- SMS and email communications related to the above
- Associated products and services offered by Kings Kollective or its distributor affiliates

3. SMS Program Terms
3.1 Description of SMS Program and Use Cases
By submitting a form on our website and providing your mobile phone number along with consent to receive text messages, you are enrolling in the Kings Kollective SMS program operated by 2721236 Alberta Ltd. (operating as Luke R. Anderson and Kings Kollective).
The SMS program sends messages for the following use cases:
- Application Confirmation: Automated or personal confirmation that your application has been received.
- Personal Follow-Up: Direct one-to-one messages from Luke Anderson or Kings Kollective team members regarding your application, questions, scheduling, and next steps.
- Promotional and Marketing Content: Information about Kings Kollective programs, including special offers, discounts, new program launches, and related promotional messaging.
- Service Updates: Information relevant to your active membership or participation in Kings Kollective programs.
3.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your engagement with our Services and the stage of your application or membership. You may receive multiple messages per week during active engagement.
3.3 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates set by your mobile carrier for text messaging and data usage will apply to all SMS communications. Kings Kollective does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you based on your mobile plan.
3.4 Opting Out — “Text STOP”
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which no further SMS messages will be sent to your phone number.

- Replying “UNSUBSCRIBE,” “CANCEL,” “END,” or “QUIT” to any SMS message
3.5 Help — “Text HELP”

3.6 Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Rogers, Bell, Telus, and all other participating US and Canadian carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator and is not guaranteed. Kings Kollective and 2721236 Alberta Ltd. shall not be liable for any delayed or undelivered SMS messages.
3.7 SMS Privacy
Information collected through the SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy (available at lukeranderson.com/privacy-policy). We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number, SMS consent status, or SMS message content to any third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes, except as required to deliver the SMS messages you have consented to receive.
4. User Accounts and Applications
When you submit an application through our Services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials provided to you and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments for Kings Kollective programs are processed securely through Stripe via LeadConnector or GoKollab. By enrolling in a program, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined at the time of enrollment. Refund terms vary by program and will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our Services — including but not limited to coaching materials, videos, written content, program frameworks, branding, logos, and the Kings Kollective name — is the property of 2721236 Alberta Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe on the rights of any third party.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other members of the Kings Kollective community.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or the servers and networks that host them.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms.

Kings Kollective coaching and content is intended for informational and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Results from participation in Kings Kollective programs vary based on individual effort, circumstance, and application. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 2721236 Alberta Ltd., its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2721236 Alberta Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
